The authorized capital of "Home for Youth" RCO CJSC is 136,382,658,000 (one hundred thirty-six billion, three hundred eighty-two million, six hundred fifty-eight thousand) AMD. It is divided into 13,526,000 (thirteen million, five hundred twenty-six thousand) common shares, each of one with a nominal value of 10,083 AMD (ten thousand eighty-three).

The shares have been fully paid, which were acquired by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, the sole shareholder of the Company.
